Restarting the blog!

Well, currently stuck at a tachinomiya in shinbashi waiting out typhoon #15 so I figure that now is as good of a time as any to finally restart my blog. It’s been a while and I wanted to dive back into development of my personal projects. There are mainly two reasons for writing this here,
#1 is to improve my writing, it’s really one of those things that just decays over time if you don’t practice it so I thought that this is as good a place as any to get in some work. #2 is to hold myself public ally accountable for progress on personal projects. I feel that shaming myself into doing work is one of the best motivations and will help me finish projects faster. Let’s hope that it works!

By the way, a short bar review, 信州のお酒村 is a great spot in shinbashi for inexpensive bottles of Japan’s best microbrew, shiigakogen. For anywhere between ¥260 and ¥500 you can grab a bottle of Nagano craft brew and stand around chatting with the locals in a classic shinbashi tachinomiya. They also have a great selection of nihonshu and a few Nagano whiskeys. Ok done with my plug now but this place is great. On that note I’ll finish this entry with a pic of what’s available right now!
